How to restore computer from guest account.. or get rid of virus on admin. account?

A ';anti virus';(virus!!!) popped up on my admin. account and everytime i click anything.. ';system restore'; ';task manager'; , etc. etc. a box pops up and says it can't run because ';it will harm my computer';...also, it wont let me view any internet pages..



i went onto the guest account and everything works.. but i cant restore my comp. from the guest account.....

ok restart your computer and as it is restarting - Tap the F8 Key and run the safemode with networking and run- http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An and delete what the scan finds.

Boot your computer into Safemode and do it from there.

or to prevent all this troubles that this will cause, you can go to the cmd and type rstrui.exe this command will set the computer back to factory setting.



you can do this by

go to start%26gt;Run%26gt;type ';CMD';%26gt;types';rstrui.exe



this will set all your system to factory setting

what you can also do is that you can Google the problem and find other steps to do this.
