How can you make an itunes account without putting in credit card info?

i don't have a credit card or atm or bank card or anything and i'm not trying to buy anything,all i want to do is turn the genius feature on on my nano but it wont let me without making an account,and every time i try to make one it tells me i have to put in credit card info which im not gonna do.is there any way around this??please help.How can you make an itunes account without putting in credit card info?
