Transferring Songs from one computer to new itunes account?

I have a computer that currently has itunes on and many songs on itunes on the computer. I do not have an account so the songs are just on the itunes, probably under my sister's account, but the computer does not have access to the internet so the only way to load songs is through cds. I want to make an account on a new computer and transfer all the songs on my old computer onto my new computer into itunes under the new account.
