Windows 7: How allow Guest Account use Wi-Fi?

I have a laptop. When I login as Guest Account, I can't find the wi-fi icon at the bottom right of the screen. What setting do I need to change so the icon shows up?Windows 7: How allow Guest Account use Wi-Fi?
From an account with administrative privileges:



In Network Connections, right-click on the wireless connection, select properties,

select the wireless networks tab, and make sure the ';Use Windows to configure ...'; box

is UN checked.
