How do I add groups to my facebook page?

I have created an account for a non-profit organisation, I haven't added friends to that account as I just want to use for this purpose. However, I want to become 'friends' or fans with other groups or organisations but it only seems to do this for the personal user account I set up and not the page.



Any advice or ideas?
